RETURN PERIOD
You have up to 14 days after receiving the product to request a return.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To have your return accepted, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be in original condition, with no signs of use or damage.
- All tags must be intact, and the product must be in its original packaging.
- Products such as underwear, personal accessories, or sale items cannot be returned.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To start the return process:
- Send an email to info@kirbano.com with the subject “Return Request.”
- Include the following information:
- Order number
- Product description
- Reason for return
Our team will respond within 48 business hours and send you a prepaid return label.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The return shipping costs (shipping) are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and refunded via the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same return process and specify the desired product directly in your first email.
EXCEPTIONS AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Sale or outlet products are not eligible for a refund.
- We do not accept returns of products that have been damaged due to misuse.
